On 19 October Gerrit leaves for Rwanda where he will meet up with Thabo for Project Ubumwe: a reconciliation ministry that will see genocide perpetrators asking forgiveness of victim families for the first time. Please take five minutes to read the document here and learn about Thabo’s film. It will be a tremendous reconciliation tool in the United States and post-conflict nations.
Project Ubumwe (with the blessing of the Rwanda government) and the documentary film are the culmination of years of work and fellowship in Rwanda.
